Intro to Vinyasa Yoga: 3-week Basics Series with Collette Hill

If you are new to Vinyasa yoga, but not feeling ready to jump into a class, this series is for you! We will breakdown the mechanics of basic yoga postures, breakdown Surya Namaskars (sun salutations) in a way that leaves you feeling empowered to move through a Vinyasa flow in a way that is safe, accessible and specific to YOU and your body and we will end each session with an intro to Meditation and Pranayama (breath work).
Learn the mechanics of foundational yoga postures and how to move through a flow sequence safely and confidently!
