Vinyasa is a series of sequenced poses that seamlessly flow together. You’ll experience both foundational postures and creative variations that will strengthen, open and restore your body and mind. This class is accompanied by an artfully curated playlist, and incorporates a longer warm-up and cool-down to deliver a well-rounded and total body experience.

Non-heated, warmed between 84-89 degrees or heated between 90-98 degrees. Open to students of all levels.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is an energizing, and strengthening dynamic vinyasa flow. Expect a rigorous, powerful, make-you-sweat practice. Set to upbeat music, this empowering class will encourage you to move with intention and surpass your edge.

YoStrong is built on a foundation of yoga postures and breath, and integrates weight training and athletic conditioning. This is a high-intensity fusion class that incorporates vinyasa flows, hand weights and interval training for a full-body workout. Expect to sweat, work hard, and have fun!

Candlelight Vinyasa

Unwind from your long day in the sanctuary of a dimly lit room. Expect vinyasa sequences to challenge and restore the body and release stress and toxins that have built up throughout the day.

Warmed between 84-89 degrees. 60 min. Open for students of all levels.

Vin Yin

This class will begin with a warming and strong vinyasa practice. The second half of the class will focus on yin poses held longer to stretch the connective tissues and to work into the deepest layers of the body.

Warmed between 80-86 degrees. Open to students of all levels.

Intermediate Vinyasa

This class will explore more detailed action and complex movements, including arm balances and inversions layered over solid foundations learned in previous vinyasa classes. These fun yet challenging classes will provide a framework of precise cues, modifications, and props to safely deepen your backbends, hip opening, twists, and forward folds. Class moves steadily thru warmup, advanced work and cool down.

Warmed between 84-89.  Ability to hold plank pose for 10 rounds of breath is recommended.

Vinyasa + Meditation

This class will offer a deep and calming vinyasa flow, incorporating guided breathwork and meditation, with a long savasana to close. Good for students of all levels and those interested in learning and/or deepening their pranayama (breath work) and meditation practices.

Yoga Basics

Yoga Basics is a class designed for beginners or practitioners wanting to refine the foundation of their practice. If you are new to yoga, revisiting it after a long break, or wanting to enhance your practice, this class is for you. You will explore healthy alignment and actions of foundational poses, focus on breath and build a solid groundwork for your personal practice.


Yin + Restore Yoga

This is slow, mindful practice that targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments and fascia, along with the energetic systems of the body, bringing the body into balance and increasing it’s natural range of motion. Most poses are done while seated or lying down supported by the use of props and are held in stillness for several minutes. As we move into stillness, we bring body, breath and soul into harmony. It’s a perfect complement to a more physical practice. You will leave class feeling refreshed, renewed and restored.

Kickass Therapeutic (Bittersweet)

Challenge your body and your mind to move beyond boundaries both real and imagined. Classes touch on both classical and non-classical yoga poses. What is most unique are the DRILLS for SKILLS, designed by Bekir Algan, a pioneer of the Austin yoga community. These drills are presented at Wanderlust exclusively by Jerry a longtime apprentice of Bekir. They effectively sculpt the body into a beautiful, functional, playful, pain free body. Seasonal Flow sequences are looked at through the lens of Yoga, Chinese Medicine, and Ayurveda. Definitely OUT-OF-THE-BOX experience that bring a sense of joy to the process of learning to move from the gross to the subtle, from the muscle to the spirit.
